Since Eben Halford started helping us hone our processes (a couple of weeks ago), we’ve seen a drastic change across the company.
Taskboards are springing up all over the place.
Each team is doing their own daily standup followed by a short cross-team scrum of scrums. From the business team, through the community team, over to us scumbags in development.
